The Horizons Fellowship is an 8 month accelerator program for previously under represented and minority owned businesses in two classes of GAMA membership. If you are a retailer or a publisher who is at least 51% owned and operated by a qualifying person, then you are eligible for the program (the current 2022-2023 submissions are closed and will be announced in September; keep you eye on GAMA.org if you are curious about future opportunities).
Today I got to meet some of these creators in the publisher category who are starting to put out some new games. They have been mentored by industry vets, and it was exciting to see what they have accomplished and what they will be doing in the future. My apologies to Triple Rainbow Games (Jamie) and EAP Games (Chrissy) for only having pictures of their games and not them. The whole group shows a lot of promise, and many already have some great things going on with partnerships and branding.
